Photomerge panorama greyed out in elements 12

I have looked everywhere for an answer on how to fix the problem with photomerge panorama being greyed out in the meny even tho i am in expert mode in elements 12. Every link i have found from others who have posted the same question puts me straight to the front page of the community help page here on adobe and i can't access any informatinon on how to fix my problem. and i am getting sick and tired from trying and failing to find any info from the backwards effin site for help adobe has. PLEASE HELP MEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

Moving from Community Help to Photoshop Elements.

Does it work if you start from Organizer? Select thumbnails and from the menu choose:

Edit >> Photomerge
