Photomerge

I want to merge 2 images together as easily as Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 this is no longer possible with the new Photoshop Elements 21 ?

Are you speaking about a panorama merge?   This is where  the 'merge type" guided edits are located.

If tallking about a panorama- that only works from left to right, not up and down photos.   It's also recomended that ther be a 25% overlap of stuff along the right / left hand edges of the photos being merged.
