Photoshop 2019 will not open on my Mac - Adobe Product Community - 11273398

New Here ,

opening screen loads fine, asking what I would like to do today and anything using the photo editor will not continue. I get the wheel of death and then nothing. I have macOS Catalina version 10.15.5. I have deleted and reloaded several times but everytime the same results. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?
