Photoshop 9 on El Capitan Mac: Effects & Content Vanished

Suddenly the Content and Effects on the Full Edit section has vanished and I am unable to find them. I cherished using the stylized fonts.  Can someone help get them back on my Mac?  I have posted photos to make it easier to understand my problem.

I would go to

Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Photoshop Elements/9.0

and trash the

ThumbDatabase.db3

Then go to

Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Photoshop Elements/9.0/Locale/en_US

and trash the

MediaDatabase.db3

After starting the pse 9 editor you might have to wait several minutes while the Effects DataBase rebuilds.
