Photoshop abmelden

Mitten im Arbeitsprozess ist der Laptop ausgestiegen und ist nichtmehr startbar.

Auf einem neuen Laptop habe ich Photoshop wieder installiert.

Leider wird nachd er Installation gemeldet, dass die Anwendung bereits das Kontingent

erreicht hat. Auf dem defekten Rechner kann ich keine Abmeldung mehr tätigen.

Nun stelle ich fest, dass im Adobe-Konto die Installationen der Rechner nicht registriert sind, obwohl

eine Registratur erfolgte bei der Installation.

Wie kann ich nun eine Abmeldung eines der Computer erzwingen?

Danke für Hinweise.

@fredik98596875 If this is a Creative Suite install there is nothing that can be done anymore.

If this is a Creative Cloud/newer PS installation - you should receive a prompt to remote logout one of the two Creative Cloud instances.

What version are you trying to install?

Mit Lizenz-Problemen koenne wir Ihnen nicht helfen, Sie koennten aber mit einem Adobe Mitarbeiter direkt kommunizieren, indem Sie das Sprechblasen-Icon klicken und dann »agent« eingeben. 

Aber das wuerde ohnedies nichts nutzen, falls das Problem eine CS-Version betrifft – was also war/ist die exakte Photoshop Version, die Sie installiert haben? Screenshot 2024-07-30 at 16.59.34.png

Es geht um Photoshop Elements 13.
Ist installiert, muss aber zum Aktivieren zuerst die Installation auf dem
anderen Rechner abmelden, da das Kontingent "verbraucht"  ist.
Auf dem Adobe-Konto werden die aktivierten Rechner leider nicht angezeigt,
so dass die deaktiviert werden könnten

@fredik98596875 Elements is handled differently and Elements 13 is also 10 years old. You can try to contact Adobe support, but I doubt there is anything they can do with software this out of date.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-or-reset-password.html for information on how to change the password and regain access to the account you used to purchase Photoshop Elements 13.

 

If you have exceeded the number of allowable activations, then the only way to recover an activation is to deactivate one of the previous installations. The steps to deactivate Photoshop Elements 13 on a previous computer can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/error-activation-limit-reached-sign.html.

Das Problem ist erledigt. Ich konnte den defekten LapTop starten und Photoshop auf diesem Rechner abmelden.

Es wäre gut, wenn Adobe im persönlichen Konto  "MyAdobe" die Möglichkeit erschaffen würde, jede Installation für jeden Rechner zu

erfassen und möglichkeit zu geben, einen Rechner zu löschen.

Damit könnten defekte Rechner unter "MyAdobe" gelöscht und die Lizenz wieder frei gemacht werden.

In meinem Fall besteht noch einen Rechner, der ist Schrott. Diese Lizenz kann demzufolge nicht aus dem Konto gelöscht werden.

Your Adobe account will not show which devices have an Elements  program installed.  I am going to ping @Jeffrey_A_Wright , an Adobe employee who will be able to confirm whether or not you have any activations available to use.  If you can no longer deactivate the program from the two allowed computers, you may not be able to install the program on your new computer.
