photoshop and photoshop elements

This may sound like a silly question but please be gentle with me as I am a newbie,

I have the photography plan that I pay for monthly. I am wanting to try photoshop elements which seems easier than photoshop to start with but not sure if it is included in my plan as it doesnt come up when I look up my plan. Am I just being dumb and its the same thing? or is it not included in my plan or am i missing it somewhere and if so where can I find it?

No, Photoshop Elements is not included in your plan. It's a perpetual license and not a subscription.
