I just imported a bunch of files into organizer from my SD Card and Adobe said a bunch were damaged or already existed or couldn't be imported - turns out they were my RAW/NEF files. I had the automatic delete on and all those were deleted from the SD Card - even though they weren't imported. Were can I find them? This is actually something import organizer has done a lot. Please help!!!

When you get the above error message, that may be for two reasons:
1 - the files have already been imported in the same catalog in a previous download version
2 - the files are corrupt or not recognized.
First test if the files can be imported in a NEW empty catalog. If they import well as I think, the files are not corrupt and they have been really imported. You'll have to find where, for instance searching by file name.
If the files produce the same message, the files may not be recognized because of the raw file format. If you were able to download the same format before, that looks like real corruption.
I know there are utilities to recover files from faulty cards, but I don't know them. Maybe someone can suggest one?
