Initial action: Attempt to save an Edited file in Photoshop Editor
Check of computer status using Task Manager shows:
Photoshop Elements 14 Editor: Not Active
BUT Task Manager shows:
Photoshop Elements 14 Organizer as described below:
PS 14 Organizer will consume the entire memory and then recycle through the memory while editing a 300K file. The Task Manager shows CPU = 13.5% and Memory = 1,120MB, soon it will recycle and start all over with CPU =30% and Memory= 600K and continue until it recycles again.
Rebooting does not help.
Problem only happens during "Save Edit"
Something is interrupting the Save Edit operation since all the other operations work just fine. When checked the drop down box will often show " PS Not Responding" although the CPU indicates Photoshop Organizer is working like crazy.
Any suggestions as to how resolve this issue?
The only action requested is to Save an Edited File. The 1,120MB will max out and start all over (see image 2)
