Photoshop Element 13 Retail Version

New Here ,
Aug 24, 2017 Aug 24, 2017

Hi I purchase a retail version of Photoshop Element 13 a year or so ago .... it has been working fine until today ... whenever I open it, it crashes.

Windows seems to think there is a problem with it, close the application each time it opens and tries to find a solution.

I am in desperate need to use the application and I am thinking of restalling it. The only problem is that I did not remember where the key code is as I do not expect crash of the application like this would happen and that I will need to reinstall the program.

I tried to call Adobe for help and they said I will get immediate answers to my problem here.

Please help urgently.

Thanks

Patrick
