Photoshop Element 15 Layer style

I'm experiencing issues with the stroke settings which does inside stroke when outside is selected at first. Switching either to inside or center then back to outside enable outside stroke but the corners are rounded. Has anyone else experience the same issue

Try after deleting the preference of Editor.
