Bonjour j ai une version de photoshop élément 2022 pour windows, je voudrais l installer sur mon nouveau iMac avec la version mise a jour de photoshop élément 2024, est ce que je peux ou je dois acheter la version 2024

Adobe does not support Photoshop Elements 2022 on Ventura. You would need to upgrade to PSE 2024 for Ventura support.

here is a link for a free 30 day trial you can check out.  If you decide to purchase it: users typically have a chance to check a box that says "I own a previous version" and you will get a discount.   In the U.S. it's typically $20 - with the current exchange rate that works out to a little over 18 Euro.

You don't need to install pse 2022 on your Mac to get an upgrade discount.

Besides that, if you only have a license for the Windows version of pse 2022, you wouldn't

be able to activate pse 2022 on your Mac.

Pse 2022 does work on macOS Sonoma 14 after Apple issued the 14.2 update.
