Photoshop element does not work anymore

I have purchased Photoshop Elements 2018 to Amzon. Since some times, I can't open the app anymore. 

The app is there. When I activate it, I have "Photoshop elements" on the to line of my Mac, but nothing bellow. Then everything desaperss.

I have a Catalina MacOS 10.15.6

Should I download it again? How to do in order not to have to pay again?

How can I do?

Photoshop Elements 2018 does not work with Catalina.  You will have to upgrade to Elements 2020 (or perhaps wait for a few weeks as, based on past history, a newer version may be released.)
