Photoshop Elements 10 [interface scaling]

Upgraded my laptop to Windows 11 and now when I open Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 the woeding/lettering is so small I can hardly read it. How do I make the wording/lettering larger?

Elements 10 did not have the option to scale the UI for high density monitors which is available in more recent versions:

You can try changing your Windows display settings.  Right-click on your desktop and select Display Settings.  You can then try changing the Scale and Layout settings to see whether it makes any difference.
