Hallo zusammen,

Vielen Dank vorab.

Gruss // Jürgen

"ran well on my computers" is more than likely your problem.   Did you log out of the program before you uninstalled from the old computers-- -all two of them?  You can only install it on two computers.

You got a new laptop, but want to install 12 year old software on it?  Makes no sense. If you just got a new mac os computer: throw the discs away- they are 100% useless.

Please remember your software hasn't been supported for years.

You might try the following- it might work, however, You really should consider getting the newest version.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
