Photoshop Elements 10 won't open any files

Hello, i use adobe photoshop elements 10 and my computer runs on windows 7, every time i try open an image or place an image on a blank page photoshop stop responding, i then have to close photoshop, it works when i open an image with photoshop but wont let me place imagen over the image. Any help will be appreciated

Go to the graphics card manufacturer's site and you can find drivers for download.

What graphics card do you have now?

What is the driver number?
