photoshop elements 10

photoshop elements organizer 10 changed every photo i have (thousands) into a thumbnail quality version and i can't get quality of photos back. any ideal how to fix. would a upgrade help fix this issue? all photos taken in RAW format. windows 10

The Organizer has done nothing to your raw images. It is merely a database that keeps track of the images stored on your computer. It is not clear from your post what has happened. My first guess would be that you have moved the files outside of the Organizer e.g. putting them on an external drive with a different drive letter. In such a case, the Organizer will treat the files as missing and all you will see in the grid is a low resolution thumbnail (with a question mark icon on it).

So, if you can give us more details about what you have done to create this situation, we may be able to help you.

You are correct, I moved images and organizer from another computer via portable hard drive inot new windows 10 computer and it worker for years then it corrurupted when I tried to move images  only (not organizer)a second time to a lap top. Images never made if to lap top. What I get now when I click on any image in organizer 10 is a elements organizer wizard trying to find missing file to that particular image, but system never finds missing file. I do get the option of hitting browse button to find missing image myself but I have never found any stored images missing from organizer on my computer. At least not in RAW or JPEG form. Thanks for your initial response. Any future help would be appreciated.
