Good Afternoon Everyone
I bought a Nikon camera from Game in Namibia in 2013 already and the Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 & Adobe Premiere Elements 10 package came with the camera as a package.
I installed Photoshop on my computer at that time and as far as know it never asked me for a serial number however I want to install the package on my current computer but I need to insert a serial number. I do not have one and as far as I know I never received one with the package. I am also certain that the computer never asked for a serial number with the first install.
What do I do now because this is a paid original package and I can't install it. Please assist?
Regards,
Andre

Hi
I've moved your post to the Photoshop Elements forum where you are more likely to get help with your issue. Are you sure there was no serial number on the disc envelope ?

Hi. Thank you. I can assure you that I received no serial number with the package. I still have all the original packaging with me with no damages or anything to it.

What operating system is on your computer that has pse 10 presently installed?
Do you still have access to that computer?
Here's another suggestion on finding your serial if pse 10 happened to get registered with adobe:

Hi Jeff
The computer that the first install was done on worked with Windows 7 and no I do not have access to that machine anymore. My current machine works on Windows 10 Pro. I also called the retailer where I bought the product in 2013 and they confirmed that this package comes as a bundle from Nikon and it does not need a code. Somehow mine does.

Andre
