I have Photoshop Elements 11 and Microsoft recently forced Windows 10 on me. Now my PE 11 is not compatible. I am not real computer savvy - What are my options?

See if some of the things suggested here, for Elements 12, help version 11 too:

How do I get Elements 12 to work in Windows 10?

Hi Colin,

I read your suggested link. Still not comfortable with making the right moves.

Do you know if and when Adobe has a phone help line in operation?

Thanks, Pete

This page shows the contact options for different products:

What are my contact options?

It only shows Phone as an option back to Elements 14. Hopefully other users will read this topic and have simpler suggestions.

Colin,

I clicked on your suggested link - but did not see any Customer Service ph#'s listed.

Do you have an Adobe CS ph # you could provide me?  Thanks

A Google search of Adobe Customer Support Number shows: 1 (800) 833-6687

You could try that number and at least ask them what the right number is to call to get technical support.

Unfortunately, Adobe will not offer technical support for any versions that are not the current version.

If Colin's link doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling.

If that doesn't work, try updating or rolling back your video driver directly from the card manufacturer's site.
