I have a Photoshop Elements 11 program that I want to install on my new computer which does not have a disk drive. How do I do this please?

You can check your Adobe account for the PSE 11 installer files.

Otherwise the next best option is to get an external dvd drive.

That means if PSE 11 was registered it was on another account.
You can buy a cheap external drive or follow Greg_S suggestions about copying the installer to a flash drive/thumb drive.

Note that the download of Elements 11 for Windows contains two parts (Download.exe and Download.7z) . You must download both parts to the same folder before clicking on the exe file.
Also, if you have access to another computer with an optical drive, you can copy the contents of your disc to a thumb drive and use that to install the program.

@Ann38045334wq3j, many users do not scroll down their account Products page far enough. If you have registered the program, you can ignore the Register a product box and scroll down the page. There, you will find a download link for any registered Elements program and also the license number. See my screenshot below:
If you did not register the program or registered it under a different account ID, then the problem may be different.
