I use my photoshop all the time. the other day when I open it this is what happen when I hit File (Top Left-hand corner) only arrows appear no words. All heading along the top line you only get arrows no words. So you can't input photos or create a new project. can anyone help me. I rand Adobe & they were no help just told me to write my problems here & someone will help.Thanks in advance Sharon

Have you tried shutting everything down and rebooting your computer?

Yes we tried that but it didn't work thanks any way
