Photoshop Elements 12 download issue

I have Photoshop Elements 12, and am trying to download it onto my PC (again)

Unfortunately my Optical drive is playing up,since installing Windows 10 (that's another story) so obviously can't download the driver for it.

I went onto the download site, but couldn't find a download for my E 12, only the later ones.

can anyone help me please?

Hi Robertn,
Sorry that you cannot install Photoshop Elements 12 as your optical drive is not working as expected and you cannot find the download link online
You could download Photoshop Elements 12 from your Adobe account under the registered products.
  • Sign in with your Adobe ID.If you don't have an Adobe ID, you can create it from Create an Adobe ID page.
  • Select the platform and language for download.
  • Click Download.

Hi Akash, thank you for replying.

Unfortunately I have already looked on that page you linked, but it only shows Elements 19 for download, and i couldn't see anywhere else that shows elements 12

same again...No luck afraid.

clicked on "plans" and it just asked me to sign up, which I have already done

This is a pain, one buys a software (not cheap) only to find NO back-up help from Adobe.

Sorry you are having these problem. I suggest you try chat again. Make clear you need to re/install and need a download link. If the agent try’s to end the chat ask to speak with a supervisor or manager.
