Photoshop elements 12 editor (Text smoothing error on Mac os Sierra 10.12.3)

Im getting this error when I'm lunching photoshop.

I speak with Apple support and we did many steps...

But steel nothing.

Is there any "command Line" thing that I can do?

Or any other reason...?

I think that message relates to older versions of Mac OS; not Sierra. I suggest you just ignore it if Elements is working OK

Try launching the Editor whilst simultaneously holding down the three keys (Cmd+Optn+Shift)

After two or three seconds release the keys and you should see a pop-up to delete the prefs. Click “Yes” to delete the settings.
