Photoshop elements 12 menus Tiny

Installing Photoshop Elements 12. Menu is Tiny Can't find any way to change size. Windows 10 64 bit operating system. All settings seem proper. When I open a Photo, size OK.

I have the same problem, though the menus are always tiny.  Did you manage to sort out your problem?  Thanks Janet

Janet, what OS and version of Elements are you using?  And are you using a 4K monitor?

I am using windows 10 and its Elements 11.

I gave up and have just purchased Elements 2021 which has solved the
problem.
