I have installed Photoshop elements 12 twice on the same Mac not realising you should uninstall the app first. My mac crashed and i had yo reinstall it a third time but when i get to the verify stage i can go no further.
I have tried the chat line and have been told many many times they would phone me back, but i NEVER get a call. I tried the chat line again today and they said they do not support old versions.
How the hell can they lock me out of a leagal copy of the app and just say "up yours".
To say i am pi**ed off is an understatment!!
