PhotoShop Elements 12

I had a laptop with my copy of Elements 12 on it. It was a company laptop and had to send it back. They sent us a Surface 6 which does not have a cd/dvd. I have the serial numbers. How can I download this on to my Surface?

You can download the correct version from this link:

Choose PSE12 and apply your serial number to activate it.
