Hi all

Downloaded windows 10 with all new updates

reloading photoshop elements 12 and premire elements 12 open organiser on either program get error message

DirectX/directplay is not initialised not acquiring any photos from my files why! help please

Go to:

Control Panel >>Programs >> Programs and Features >> Turn Windows Features on or Off

Then choose Direct Play under Legacy Components – see images below
