I am trying to import photos from my Nikon D3300 DSLR camera using Photoshop 13's Photo Downloader on a MacBook (system info provided below). However, the Photo Downloader will not detect my device no matter how many times I refresh the list. The camera is connected to the MacBook via USB cable/port. I was able to import photos from my camera using PS 13 in late 2017/early 2018; this is the first time I've attempted it since.

Do you know what might have caused this? Is there a way to fix it?
