Photoshop Elements 13 re-install

During the process the installer asks me to insert an install disc?

How come? I don't have any? I purchased the software 2015 and after that I bought a Microsoft Surface PC with NO disc drive. Since the beginning of that pc I have had PE 13 installed in it ? Magic or what?

Now I had to install the Win 10 again to that machine, but now PE 13 does not install the software WITHOUT an install disc ???

I just wonder if this is a joke.

Additionally, I tried several hours to find a place where I could ORDER an install disc... BUT THERE IS NO PLACE, SITE, NUMBER, E-MAIL or ANY means to COMMUNICATE about this ??? What is the matter with ADOBE ???

Find your serial number
