Photoshop Elements 13 required sign in

New Here ,
Jun 05, 2017 Jun 05, 2017

Recently every time I go to use Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 it opens up to a screen that says "sign in required." When I click on sign in it wants the key code entered. I have done this multiple times and when I decline to sign in it assumes that I am running a trial version. How can I disable this so when I use the software I no longer have to sign in and enter the key code? I want to use the software but not signed in to do so. I will not be using any cloud feature.
