Photoshop Elements 13 won't open RAW images off my new camera

I use photoshop elements 13 and since I have my new camera canon 6d mark ll I can't open RAW images. I installed the latest camera RAW update but still nothing. What can I do?

Your (new??) camera requires ACR 9.2.  Elements 13 only supports ACR 9.0. 

 

You either have to upgrade your version of Elements or else use the free Adobe DNG converter to batch convert your raw files to DNG format which Elements 13 will be able to read.
