Photoshop Elements 13

Hi!

I installede Photoshop Elements 13 to new computer. Installation went well, but now when I try to launch the program it keeps asking me to sign in. It tells that Sign in Required, but I have signed in many times and still cant get in the Photo Editor.

I have old computer where I have same program and there it fuctions.

What can I do?
