Photoshop Elements 13

Hi, i am using Photoshop elements 13 but when i start the programm it tells me that i must deactivate another divice.

But there is no option or something possibility in my account to change that. What can i do?

Have you already made two installations e.g. on another computer or laptop or on a re-built hard drive?

If so go to the other computer and launch the Editor (Expert Mode) and from the menu choose:

Help >> Sign-out

Then launch again on the computer you wish to use.
