I purchased these products in September 2016 and they have been working happily on my Dell computer including since the operating system as changed to Windows 10 in December 2016. About 1 week ago Windows 10 downloaded the latest updates since when Adobe Elements has refused to open. I get a message on screen which says " Entry point not found - The procedure entry point ent create symbolic linkW could not be located in the dynamic link library" I need to use this programme for regularly editing Rotary Club photographs so in desperation I have had to purchase Elements 15 which is working perfectly. I managed after great difficulty to connect to an agent on chat who informs me that Elements 14 is no longer supported. This means I have had to write off Elements 14 after only 9 months use. Not a good recommendation for Adobe I am afraid. It is impossible to communicate with anyone at Adobe - unless you are about to place an order! Not a good recommendation for Adobe! ?
