Hello,
I recently purchased an Epson PictureMate PM 400 and everything was working from Photoshop Elements 14 except I could not get borderless prints. It was suggested that I update my drivers for the printer. Once I did this now whenever I try to print from Elements I get the error message Photoshop Elements 14 Editor has stopped working and have to close the program.
I saw other posts on this and mentioned going to the local user/%appdata% folder etc. but I cannot find that folder. I am on Windows 10.
Can anyone assist please?
Thank you
Jane

Update - I uninstalled and reinstalled PS Elements 14 and now it just freezes when I click on print. I don't get an error message....just hangs there.

Can you roll back the print driver which you updated for some reason? Apparently you were able to print successfully in the past.

I did a system restore to yesterday morning before this whole thing began! Now Photoshop is back working but now I am back to not being able to print borderless to my Epson PictureMate but only when using Elements!

I suspect that the printer driver is the culprit. Suggest that you enhance your picture files in PSE, save them, and print border-less via another application of your choice.

I am going to try to contact Epson again today. The last time they simply blew me off by telling me it was Adobe's problem. But I am going to have the check the drivers I have against what it perhaps should be.
