Photoshop Elements 14
I have been using Photoshop Elements 14 for some time. I was using it earlier today.
Now when I open it, it immediately freezes. It opens at the Expert level but all actions are blocked. I've tried killing all processes associated with the program. I've tried restarting my computer.
I've started on a project and need to finish it with Photoshop Elements. Can anyone suggest other things to try?
