Photoshop Elements 14 Keeps Crashing

Hello,

I have Photoshop Elements 14 and the contact sheet function keeps crashing.

It is running on a one year old Mac with the most up to date software updates.

Please can you help me.

Arshla,

Please find attached a screen shot of the crash report.

When I go into the PSE and use the contact sheet option. When I got to print to an adobe acrobat file the software disappears and I loose everything!

It happens every time.

Hi James,

Are you working on OS X10.12 and facing crash while giving the print command.

If yes, this is a known issue and we are working with Apple to resolve this issue.

We shall let you know once there is any update.

At the moment your software is useless to me. Please keep telling Apple that they need to fix it immediately as my business is suffering.
