Photoshop Elements 14 no longer opens

New Here ,
Feb 23, 2018 Feb 23, 2018

I use PS14 Elements regularly.  This week the program gets to the page to choose Photo Editor, Organizer, or video editor. I select photo editor as usual but it remains on that same screen.  If I click on a PS file it will not open.  Any suggestions?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Please try to open the application from the following location if you installed it on the default location:

C:\Users\username\programfiles\adobe\Photoshop Elements 14\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe

If you are successfully able to open the editor from here, then might be your welcome screen got corrupted due to some reason.

Try Removing and Reinstalling the application.
