I have been using Photoshop Elements 14 on my PC for years but I am unable to install it on my new latop - I am told I have the maximum installations and should deactivate one, but I cannot access my old laptop as it is not working - it will not power up Any help, please?
You will have to contact Adobe support to deactivate the unavailable computer. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu at Adobe.com. If you are using the chat bot, make it clear that you only want to deactivate a computer.
