Photoshop Elements 14

I have just purchased Elements14 and I can not open organiser it keeps saying that its already running but not responding. As per screen grab below ..  any suggestions on how to sort?

Please confirm if you are working upon the MAC 10.12 version?

And have you purchased PSE from MAC App Store?

There won't be any new patches for PSE14 because PSE15 is already out.  You said that "I have just purchased Elements14", so if you have receipts to prove date of purchase, you might be entitled to claim a free upgrade to PSE15.  Please let us know so that somebody can tell you how to go about claiming your free upgrade to PSE15.
