photoshop elements 14

Hi i am having problems with saving and printing on elements 14 it is telling me not enough memory to save or print. It worked fine until recently i am using windows 10 i have reinstalled elements 14 to see if that would work but still the same issue.

How recent is recent?

There have been problems with "memory" following a Windows update some time ago.
