I just bought Photoshop Elements 15 and Premier Elements 15 as a package. I downloaded both of them and installed them with no issues.
When I try to launch Photoshop [Premier] Elements, I get an error message saying "Adobe Photoshop [Premier] Elements 15 has stopped working". I have windows 10 (64bit) installed.
Please help. If this doesn't work in the next few days, I am going to return these products.
Thank you.

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
•ATI Driver Autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool
There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

I already have PS elements 13 and Premier elements 10, and they work just fine. Do PS and Premier 15 need something else that windows 10 does not have? I am inclined to believe that Adobe tested both on windows 10 before putting them out on the market, but who knows for sure?

I ran the Windows compatibility troubleshooter, and it back with "incompatible program". Sigh..

I met the same problem as Bhooshan but on my Mac. My Mac has the newest iOS. I have to reinstall Photoshop Elements 15 but the Installer refuses because I need a 64-bits Installer. Can you help me with the 64-bits version of the Installer?

Joost
