Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements

Purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements POSA card.  I am told when trying to redeem to get serial that "code is invalid".  Tried multiple times and two different computers with different browsers.  What is the issue.  Is the card bad?  Or is it the code itself?
