Photoshop Elements 15 Color white display is yellow?

After installing PSE 15, the color white is yellow in the workspace and for all images in Explorer. Had this problem when installing PSE 13. Cannot remember how I fixed it.

My PC Dell XPS ungraded to Windows 10

If W10 is the same as W7, try Control Panel >Hardware and Sound > Display and choose "calibrate."
