photoshop elements 15 crashing

i have had photoshop elements 15 on my mac for awhile. i went to get on the photo editor and it crashes and gives me a error message. the organizer works just fine but the editor won't work at all. it gives me this error code XB6-64 (native). I've tried calling the help number but after a hr on being on hold 2 times already.. well just put it I'm not a happy camper. any help would be great thanks

Could you please try the following steps :

• Click Apple icon >> System Preferences

• Security and privacy >> Click on the lock to unlock it then enter the administrator password >> Enable (check the radio button) the Photoshop Elements 15 editor and Elements Organizer 15 that appear in the list.

• Click on the lock again to lock it.

• Restart Mac

I am good until you say to enable Photoshop elements 15 with the radio button?
