Photoshop Elements 15 for PC and Mac

I am considering purchasing PE 15 for my PC (laptop).  I am also planning on buying an IPAD Pro.  Can I install the same product to both devices?

Photoshop Elements 15 is designed for Windows and Mac desktop operating systems.

The iPad Pro runs the iOS mobile operating system so you will not be able to install Elements 15 on the iPad Pro.
