I want to install in Photoshop Elements Topaz Collection 15 I got it installed in the plugins folder but after reboot I see Topaz Collection are not what is going on and why is Topaz Collection not in the plugins directory, and how do I fix this problem on strange Adobe says it is suitable for Photoshop Elements 15 like to help to solve the problem , or am I doing whats wrong?
