photoshop elements 15 issues with surface pen and pressure sensitivity

I'm stuck. I can't seem to use any pressure sensitive facets when using brushes in PSE 15. I can get pressure sensitivity with the pencil tool but not the brush tool. I'm trying to attach an example.pen presssure.jpg
