I just replaced my two older desktops with new Windows 10 models - one of the older ones worked and the other didn't. I recycled them both.
The older ones had Photoshop Elements 15 on each - I loaded the program on my new desktops but am told that I have used the maximum of 2 licenses and must deactivate the older ones to use the program on my new computers. How to deactivate from the older computers I no longer have. - can I manage this online somehow?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sign into Adobe Help Center and click the Chat icon in lower right of your screen. Be very clear that you only need your activations reset or you could wind up waiting hours for a technical support Swami.
CC users can manage activations themselves from their Adobe account pages, unfortunately Elements users can not.
