Photoshop Elements 15 will not open after install

Hello.

I installed/purchased photoshop elements and premier elements 15.  I've installed them and when I open photoshop elements 15, the welcome screen comes up.  If I select the organizer or the video editor, they both open and run. 

However, when I select photo editor, nothing happens. 

I've rebooted several times and still no luck. 

What do I need to do to get photo editor to run/open?

Hatte auch das Problem, das obwohl kompletter Installation PSE15 jedes Mal beim Startversuch abbrach.

Der Tipp "LavasoftTcpService64.dll" zu suchen u. zu entfernen bracht nichts, da es auf dem PC nicht gefunden wurde.

seit heute läuft das Progrmm PSE15.

Fehlerbehebung durch Installation von GData IS, denn da erkannte das Install Programm etwas von Lavasoft, das es deinstallieren wollte. Dies habe ich angeklickt.

Später fiel mir der von ihnen genannte "LavasoftTcpService64.dll" wieder ein und ich startete PSE15 und war erfolgreich.

Leider hatte ich kein Screenshot gemacht und kann nicht die genaue Bezeichnung "des LavaSoft Namen" angeben.

Can you please mention which OS version you're on?

Also, please see if you have Lavasoft adware, as suggested by Müller-Ali.

Windows 10.  The photoeditor will not open for both the photoshop elements 15 as well as the premier elements 15.

I do not have any lavasoft adware.
