How can I choose a different MoveTool -- the existing one in the Toolbar continually disappears when I'm scrolling around a workspace, then I have to circle-around-circle-around-circle-around until it decides to, very faintly, show up sufficiently that it is useful.
Thank you.

Do you really mean Elements 2.0? That software is over 20 years old. What OS are you using?

I gave up trying to get 2.0 to work. I know it won't work with hard drives larger than 1 TB (when it released about 23 years ago the average HDD size was 74 GB-- now I have a bunch of multi TB HDD's and SSD's sitting in a desk drawer) .
